Lasertag Hostage Rescue Arena build up:

We have just completed a build up of one of our key Lasertag areanas - Hostage Rescue - with new rebel base buildings, barricades and fuel dump - even more to keep you covered from the awesome Laser guns!

A bit of snow can`t stop play!

Brrrr...... It may have been a bit chilly when the snow hit but it didn`t stop a hardy bunch of under 15 Rugby Players from getting stuck in - nice to see all the roads were open following some excellent snow plow work in the local area.

New half term kids paintballing date added:

We just spotted we have not listed a mid-week date for the half term, so we are adding Wednesday the 15th Febuary to the list!

Al Murrey the Pub Landlord, took time out of his TV and stand-up comic show to blast away here at Bullswood to see in the new year - for a big guy he`s in awesome Paintballer!

Laser Tag arrives at Bullswood:

Wow, our new Laser Tag Arena is now up and running - check out our awesome new Laser Pistols - they fire a three shot burst with unlimited ammo - videos coming soon!

Awesome new fire pagoda:

Here at Bullswood we know it can get chilly over winter - thats why we build the big fire in the safe zone to keep everyone warm between games - well, we have now built an awesome cover to keep you dry as well - perfect for parents watching their kids play ball!

Staingrad 3 Scenario Game:

Last weekend saw Bullswood host Our yearly Scenario event, Stalingrad, for Paintballers with their own Paintballing Gear. The Germans drove tanks at the Russian Cement Fortress, the Russians charged the Russian lines - we even raised £455 for Help For Heroes - Awesome!

Always great to get feedback:

After a game last weekend (Sun 18th September), we got a rather nice e-mail, so nice we thought we`d pop it in here (reminds me, I must sort some new letters for the notice boards....)
We would like to thank everybody that made our day the fantastic success it was. The team at Ladycross Farm are a credit to the company, from the greeting in the car park, the Marshals, the lady behind the counter and the men cooking the lunch right up the people saying good bye to us. The day exceeded our expectation and that is hard to achieve, as all of my party come from the service industry and know how hard this level of service can be to provide. We would highly recommend this site to any one who wants the best day out every. The Marshals where fantastic and got over all the health and safety points very clearly then explained each game and suggested some tactics that made the game great. It was a truly fantastic day thank you from David and the 20 others.

Let the Tank take the strain....

Some of you may have spotted a large hunk of armoured car in the car park on site - well its my new toy, a 1957 Humber Pig fresh out of Northern Ireland complete with bullet holes! Now the "Pig" has been re-built, the plan is to save your tired legs at the end of the day by trucking you all back up to the main car park with a free tank ride (assuming it starts - it is rather old!) - AWESOME!

Owwwwwwww......The perils of videoing the new "Not CALL OF DUTY" Zone!!!

There I was, trying to get some footage of the new Game Zone when wallop - not something I was expecting!

Static Machine Gun on COD:

Oh yes, as all gamers know, one favourate feature is always a static machine gun - so here we go - one static paintball machine gun ready and waiting for any intrepid players on our awesome "Not CALL OF DUTY" game zone - its loaded with paint and ready to go - just get on and pull the trigger!!!!

Wow, despite taking longer than expected our "Not Call Of Duty" game zone is in play! We`re pleased to report the trial games played at the weekend were a huge success - find out more details of the map by clicking on the "game zones" section.

Its so close you could taste it! - Though our awesome new gamezone is behind schedule, its due to open for the last weekend in June and it will be well worth the wait!

Hostage Rescue Rebuild Complete

While most of our attentions are on our on-going build "Not Call Of Duty" we have found a little time to re-build our Hostage Rescue Game Zone - including 20 new oil drums, loads of fresh camo net and an invigorated downed Airman - this gamezone is one of our biggest and most tactically challenging yet!

Wow, its that time for new guns in line with our exclusive bi-annual replacement scheme - and here they are, being unpacked, checked and out ready to use from NOW!!!!!

Darn it that hurt!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Progress took a bit of a slow down this week when I managed to snap my finger - check out the x-ray! We were working on our new Tank project (I`ll post details next week) when I dropped some armour plating on my little finger:( 2 hours of surgery later and all is good - just takes me out of building action for the next couple of weeks.

"Not Call oF Duty" update:

Hi everyone, just a quick progress report on our awesome new gamezone, Not Call Of Duty - The build is progressing well with an enormous amount of timber in place, the old field has been cleared and just check out our giant Sadam statue - he`s over 30 feet tall!!!!! Completion is on course for some time in April..... stay tuned for further updates!

Darn, the dreaded VAT has gone up to 20% - but we here at Bullswood know money is tight at the moment, so our prices are staying the same - even the tea & coffee are still free though we may have to put the prices of choccies up as they are ludicrously cheap!
Remember, We don`t deal with any of those lying, cheating street sellers so for the best deal always come direct!

What about the snow?

This years snow came early - too early for my liking! If you are playing paintball over winter then rest assured, we can run your game in the snow. We build our fire even bigger and everyone wears plenty of layers - please remember to bring a pair of gloves though. The only thing that can be a challenge are the roads - these can be tricky on the first day or two of snowfall but are generally good after that - if in doubt you can always call us on 01342 870870 to double check.

Stalingrad 2 Scenario Game

We have just hosted our yearly Scenario game, Stalingrad, and it was a huge success! Tanks, Artilery, crazy Russian charges - just full on, non stop paintball action! Our next event, Stalingrad 3, will be next November, so only a year to go!

Some of our more observent players will have spotted a slightly different gun being used on some games in the last couple of weeks - this is the latest version of awesome Piranha Paintball Gun and we are putting it through its paces before we roll them out early in the new year. With our exclusive two-year rolling replacement scheme, you are guaranteed only the latest, most awesome gear we can lay our hands on!

Mexican Fortress re-build completed!

We all love our awesome Mexican Fortress but you would not believe the maintenance that thing takes! Some of you may have noticed we cordened off the second story to allow new ballustrading and flooring as well as a host of other structural work. The good news is this now complete and the Fortress is 100% back up to full strength - we have even found the time to sort the drainage and woodchip the whole of the ground floor - awesome!

NEW GAME ZONE DETAILS - NOT CALL OF DUTY:

Wow, we can now confirm we are building a new game zone - Not Call Of Duty which is to be a re-creation of the courtyard area of the Strike map. This map has been picked as it offers the best combination of features for paintballing. Expect to see buildings, temples and a rather big statue of Saddam (not sure how to create this yet.....). Due to the size/complexity of this game zone it will be a lengthy Autumn/Winter project - a blow by blow build will be posted here!

Zombie Crypt gets a re-build

Our most popular paintballing gamezones always take a real pounding and Zombie Crypt sees more than its fair share of action! So it was out with the paint, add a few more grave stones and come up with a few more dead cowboys!

Next up its the Forts turn!

Spring dawns at Skirmish Paintball Kent

Man have we been through the worst winter for years, cold, wet and cold again - don`t get me wrong the snow was cool but I do like to feel a little sun on my back from time to time! Well Spring has definatly sprung with green shoots and Bluebells everwhere - come on down and check it out for yourself!
